Meetings and banquet facilities
Rokua can provide comfortable meeting and banquet facilities for nearly all purpose – we have meeting rooms for small groups as well as a hall that accommodates 400.
All facilities are complete with modern meeting technology. Visitors can also arrange intimate events in our comfy sauna facilities or Rantakota shore hut, and supplement their meeting day with revitalising exercise services and pampering treatment packages. We are happy to customise festive and meeting packages according to our customer’s wishes.
Snow auditorium
The Snow auditorium is a wonderful venue for presentations and lectures. The auditorium can accommodate 80 people and is located in the immediate vicinity of the café. The facility is complete with a diverse, modern AV system.

A meeting place in a beautiful natural setting! The Winter Garden meetings facility was named after the magnificent view from three sides of the venue. In the winter, the snow-covered trees create a unique atmosphere in the venue. The light, spacious venue can be modified and is complete with state-of-the-art equipment. We can supply food according to your wishes to ensure a successful meeting.

The Santeri Sali hall is our largest meeting and conference room that can be used for many purposes. The hall is especially suited for meeting and conference audiences in excess of 100 persons and for training events.
Lectures and other presentations can be projected onto 2 screens in the hall.

The pleasant upper level of Restaurant Rousku can host a meeting or banquet of up to 200 people. Depending on the nature of the occasion, the restaurant can be decorated to suit the celebration.

Located by the clear waters of Ahveroinen pond, the Rantakota shore hut offers a unique atmosphere and meeting experience. Visitors can enjoy delicacies prepared by the kitchen in the hut. An event by an open fire in a natural setting will allow visitors to enjoy a meeting in a whole new way.
The hut is equipped to accommodate free-form events and can also be supplemented with all required equipment from a screen to a data projector.
