Description of accessibility

1. Arrival

• Accessible parking spaces are approximately 20 meters to the left of the main door.

2. Entrance

• A door that opens electronically with motion detectors. Accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• After the door there is a quite large entrance hallway and a large lobby.

3. Entrance hall

• The entrance hall is spacious and bright.
• The accessible toilet is in the immediate vicinity of the entrance, there are several accessible toilets in the property.
• Route to the reception desk is accessible.

4. Rooms

• The hotel has several accessible rooms equipped with an accessible toilet and shower.

5. Public spaces and environment

• Routes to the restaurant hall and exercise facilities are accessible. In addition to the usual gym, the building also has a gym for customers with reduced mobility.
• The route to the pool section is accessible and the pool section has an appropriate patient lift.
• Rokua Health & Spa Hotel was originally built for the use of rehabilitation activities, and thus the requirements of accessibility were taken into account from the outset. The yard areas have also been built in such a way that accessibility is realized, for example, with regard to the asphalted walkway that goes around the pond. Some of the group rooms are also designed for use by people with reduced mobility.
