Yoga-Pilates course

Come and enjoy the wonderful world of yoga and Pilates and the beautiful nature of Rokua at our Yoga-Pilates course! The course is suitable for both first-timers and more experienced practitioners. Instructor is Personal Trainer and wellness coach Ride Paularanta.

8.10. Saturday

10.00-10.30 Arrival and check-in
10.30-11.30 Yoga to prepare for the weekend
11.30-12.30 Pilates
12.30-13.30 Soup lunch
14.00-14.55 Yoga
15.00-15.55 FitPilates (with weights if you prefer)
16.00-20.00 Dinner (check the opening hours)
16.30-17.15 Power yoga
17.30-18.15 Relaxing yoga

Opportunity for Day Spa pampering for the Yoga-Pilates course attendees (separate fee, booking at the Day Spa)
