9.30-9.45 Meditation and yoga effects to overall well being
9.45-11.00 Gentle Flow-yoga
11.10-11.45 Mind’s meditation – relaxation practice
11.45- 13.00 Soup lunch
13.00-16.00 Free time for outdoor activities, skiing, spa, Day Spa- treatments or napping.
16.00-16.25 Pranayama -breathing practice
16.30-17.30 Mind and body soothing hatha yoga
17.30-20.00 Dinner from the buffet (check opening hours)
20.15-21.00 Sound bath
